Everything you need to go from one idea to a published campaign.

Getting started

  1. Sign in with your email. We send you a one-time sign-in link, so there's no password to remember.
  2. Open Brand Brain and add the product or brand you want to promote.
  3. Click New campaign, write one idea, pick an angle and generate.
  4. Review the 20 pieces, refine what you like, then create a content plan and approve the posts to publish (or export them).

Brand Brain

The Brand Brain stores what you sell so every campaign speaks to the right people and points to the right place. For each entry you set:

  • Type: ebook, SaaS, digital product, brand, specific offer or other.
  • Target audience: who it's for and the problem they feel right now.
  • Value proposition: the concrete outcome you deliver.
  • Lead magnet / CTA link: where your content sends people.

Write a first draft of the audience and value proposition, then click Improve with AI. ContentArc sharpens your wording without inventing facts, and you can undo it if you prefer your version.

Creating a campaign

Choose a product, describe one idea (a chapter, a feature launch, a lesson learned, a video concept) and pick one of four angles:

  • Problem · Agitate · Solve: name the pain, raise the stakes, present the fix.
  • AIDA: attention, interest, desire, action.
  • Contrarian: challenge a common belief in your niche.
  • Build in public: share the real numbers, process and lessons.

Generation usually takes one to three minutes. You get an SEO keyword strategy plus 20 pieces: 1 YouTube script, 5 short-video scripts, 3 LinkedIn posts, 4 X posts and threads, 2 carousels, 3 story sequences and 2 newsletters.

From idea to published posts, step by step

A new campaign shows a Next steps checklist at the top. Each step ticks itself as you go:

  1. Review and polish the 20 pieces in the format tabs. Edit anything, use the Copilot, mark good pieces Ready. Carousels, stories, videos and newsletters are scripts: their text says what to show, and your followers see the designed result, never the instructions.
  2. Connect your social accounts once per brand in Social accounts (paid plans): LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest.
  3. Create the content plan (7, 14 or 28 days). ContentArc dates every piece in a strategic order at good times for each network, in your audience's time zone (worked out from your Brand Brain, or chosen by you). Adjust the posting times per channel, click any date to move a single post, and use Fix automatically when two posts would compete on the same network.
  4. Prepare the visuals: carousels and stories are designed automatically in your brand style, with an AI illustration on each slide. In the slide editor, edit any slide and click Create image to draw its picture from its description or its text, or upload your own images. Add an AI image or your own photo for Instagram and Pinterest posts.
  5. Approve and schedule: check the Preview as published (the exact text and images each network receives), then approve one post at a time, or Approve & schedule all in the plan. Nothing is published before you approve; you can turn on automatic approval when you create the plan.
  6. Track in the Calendar: move posts by drag and drop, open the live links, and reschedule anything that failed (you also get an email).
  7. Videos and newsletters stay on your calendar as reminders: record or send them yourself, or Export the campaign.

Take a tour any time from the ? menu at the top of the app, or from the checklist. Small ⓘ icons next to each section explain what it does.

Editing & the AI Copilot

Every piece is editable in place and saves automatically. Use the status switch to track Draft → Ready → Published. The Copilot menu rewrites a piece to be punchier, shorter, longer, more story-driven or stronger on the call-to-action, or follows your own instruction. Each rewrite can be undone.

Publishing & export

On paid plans, ContentArc publishes for you. Connect each brand's accounts once in Social accounts. On a campaign, create a content plan: ContentArc dates every piece at good times for each network in your audience's time zone and flags overlaps. Add an AI image (or your own) where needed, check each post's preview, then approve & schedule posts, or turn on automatic approval. Follow and move everything in the Calendar; you get an email if a post fails. Videos and newsletters are planned for you to post yourself. You can also copy a piece with one click, copy its DM automation hook, or use Export to download:

  • a .zip of Markdown files, one file per piece;
  • a single Markdown file with the whole campaign;
  • a CSV you can import into bulk schedulers.

Carousels and stories: set your colours, font, logo and handle once in the brand kit (Brand Brain). ContentArc turns the script into slides, adds an AI illustration to each slide and renders them in your brand style; you can edit any slide, create a new image for it, or upload your own images. Carousels go to Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X, and to LinkedIn as a swipeable PDF; story frames are published one by one.

Plans & billing

Compare plans in the pricing section. Upgrade from Plans inside the app; payments are handled securely by Stripe. Change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from Billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Account & languages

Switch the interface language from the flag menu in the top bar; new campaigns default to that language, and you can pick a different one per campaign. Light, dark and system themes are in the same bar. Manage email preferences in Settings.

Sign-in problems

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the sign-in email.
  • Each link works once and expires after about an hour. Request a new one if needed.
  • Requesting a new link cancels the previous one, so use the most recent email.
