Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15418196), registered office Covent Garden, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (“ContentArc”, “we”), for the use of ContentArc, including contentarc.app and the app at app.contentarc.app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

ContentArc helps you plan, write and publish marketing content with AI: it generates multi-channel campaigns from your product information and ideas, lets you edit them, organises them in a content plan and calendar, creates images for them and, on paid plans, publishes the posts you approve to the social accounts you connect. You can also export your content.

When you connect social accounts, you authorise us and our publishing provider (Upload-Post) to publish, on your behalf and at the times you set, the posts you approve (or that you choose to approve automatically for a campaign). You can disconnect accounts or unschedule posts at any time. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each network's rules. Social networks can change, limit or withdraw access at any time, so we cannot guarantee that a post will be published, published on time or stay online; if a post fails, we will tell you by email.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

• The free plan is offered with the limits shown on our pricing page and may change over time.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable, except as described in section 4 (right of withdrawal) or where required by law.
• If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you agree that the service starts immediately after purchase; your statutory rights are not affected.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Usage limits (campaigns, products, AI rewrites, AI images) reset each calendar month.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Because ContentArc gives you immediate access, we ask you before payment to tick a box expressly requesting that your subscription starts immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

• you lose your right of withdrawal for the digital content generated for you (such as campaigns and posts) once it has been supplied;
• if you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the service provided until you inform us, and we refund the unused part of the period within 14 days, using the same payment method;
• your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14-day period ends, for example by email to support@contentarc.app. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

Business customers, and customers in countries without a statutory right of withdrawal (such as Switzerland), have no right of withdrawal; cancellation then works as described in section 3. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into ContentArc and to the content it generates for you. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your content only to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for the content you publish, including checking its accuracy and that it complies with laws and platform rules.

6. AI-generated output

Output, including text and images, is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. Review it before publishing, including the preview of each post. Don't rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use ContentArc to:

• create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content, or spam;
• make false claims about products, fake reviews or impersonate others;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits or security of the service;
• resell or share access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

8. Our property

The ContentArc software, brand and website are ours or our licensors'. These terms don't give you any rights to them other than to use the service.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep ContentArc available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce paid functionality.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ContentArc is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using ContentArc at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. You can export your campaigns from the app at any time, and on termination you can request an export of your content within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you in advance by email or in the app; continuing to use ContentArc means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings there.
